These thinning shears are designed to create volume while adjusting hair volume. They offer
a high cutting rate, so they can also be used as cutting scissors for soft, up-close cuts.

The stepped tip of the comb blades reduces cutting resistance even when cutting 65%, allowing for soft, smooth cuts.
