What To Expect
Before Your Appointment

You will receive text reminders at the time of booking and 24 hours before your appointment.
During Your Visit

When you arrive, you will find plenty of parking directly in front of the salon.

You will be warmly greeted by a member of our front desk team. While waiting, you are welcome to browse through our product and boutique.

Once seated, your stylist will lead you through a thorough consultation discussing hair goals, budget, and maintenance.

While being pampered, enjoy one of our complimentary snacks & beverages, a relaxing shampoo experience, and end with your stylist guiding you to an aftercare regimen tailored to you.

We love to take before and after photos, so long as you are comfortable with that. Our team has been trained on photography and will use multiple angles to ensure we get the best shots of your new look!
After Goodbye

After your visit, you may receive a follow up message or email from your stylist to see how you are liking your new look and if you have any questions.
